Very disappointed in customer service. Looked on their website for an appointment and the schedule showed open all day. When I showed up the lady told me she was already booked and didn’t have time because she needed to use the restroom. She stated she didn’t know how the online schedule worked but she had clients coming in. She posted be back in 5 min sign. I did some shopping probably 20 mins later I check out and see her sign is still up and the salon is empty. she was standing in line at the bank. All I was asking for was a quick cut.

Natalia was a life saver twice! The first time was after I had gotten poor advice from Sally’s and ruined my hair with a toner. Natasha worked hard with me and brought my hair back to were it was before m trip to Sally’s. After I went home and applied some Aqua net hair spray some of my hair had a reaction and turned pink! I had never heard of this nor Natalia or any of her color consults. After working with me for over four hours she once again saved the day! My hair is near its natural white color and will grow back without a defining line and I didn’t have to lose the length I have been working two years on. Natalia is amazing, personable and very knowledgeable and is really great at haircuts too! I highly highly recommend Natalia for ALL your hair care needs.

After going to an Aveda salon for over 25 years I would have said you were crazy if you told me I would go to a salon in Walmart. The SmartStyle in Marble Falls is great. Natalia does an amazing job and I am paying less than 1/6 the price I did at the Aveda salon.

This Salon used to be so good in the past. One of the employees named Blanca was the best and was so good I brought my whole family to get their hair done with her, she was also super sweet and so professional. However, I came the other day and she is not working there anymore,I let one of the other girls do my hair and she was not only rude but gave me the most horrible haircut I’ve ever had, I will not be back here again.

Only gave this place 1 star because that was the lowest raining available. Really deserved a 0. One teen aged girl talking on the phone hiding in the back room only employee. She said it would be 25 minutes she had been busy and was on break. Shoped around Walmart for about 30 mins and went back. Was told it would be another hour with not a customer in site. Ended up leaving and went across the street to Great Clips. Never again will I be going there.

Do Not Go Here … unless you enjoy having your head shaved bald!! I’ve attached pictures of what I asked for and what horror I was given. I had a pixie bob cut 3″ in length on top. I stopped in here asking for some texture to be added to my short locks and to trim my neck. In less than a minute this girl had buzzeed absolutely ALL of my hair OFF!!!. Now I look like a bull-dike cancer survivor and I have to find a way to be “okay” with that for the next TWO MONTHS. Absolutely the most horrifyingly hateful thing a female could do to another female.
