Look out for Kari folks! I had lowlights put in my hair yesterday, and she kept foils on the top of my head for two hours. She was busy taking care of two other clients during my appointment. Also took phone calls and dealing with other customers. This is unacceptable! I lost quite a bit of hair on top! Kari also got color all over my face, which I can’t get out! She is not consistent therefore not reliable. I hope my hair grows, but doesn’t look promising. It’s still falling out due to her negligence. I shouldn’t of payed her. Just beware folks! Still haven’t heard from owner’s about this!

Went to get my son’s haircut today, the lady cutting his hair completely screwed up his hair. We went back in for either a refund or to have them fix it. She tried to fix it but the damage was already done. We will never go back Haircut

I don’t know how on Earth this lady got her license to cut people’s hair, or if they just have people winging it. I was very grateful that she was able to get that matted section out. It was so painful but I got through it. I had been sick with Covid and my scalp was so tender, so I would just brush on top which is how I got that huge matted area.

I was hurting the most.. Lost literally material possessions I was holding on to. I asked to use her phone because I lost my phone in my car that was impounded. I had nothing..I felt so much alone. I don’t know too many people in Kerrville. And I have no biological family here. This kind woman offered me grace and hope. I’m a guy and hate to cry but I can’t write this without shedding tears.. she literally was a light of hope in my despair. I didn’t ask. She helped me and I’m ever grateful. I’m sorry this review took so long I was without a mobile phone for weeks. But I was able to make a phone call + help because of Her. God bless this place and thank you!!

I’ve been here 3 times. Never had a terrible experience with the hair cuts, $20 trim or cut. At first I gave them only 3 stars I don’t know why. So I came back and gave them 5 stars. The people are always friendly, never had a bad hair cut. That is most important to me. Haircut

My mom goes there for her wash and style. Keri always gives her a wonderful job and when it’s done my mom’s hair stays looking clean and beautiful until the next visit. When my last highlighting job went sideways, I asked Keri if she could help. She was able to and now it looks like i had wanted. My one suggestion would be to make an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome, but just about the time you get there.so does everyone else
