They’re horribly understaffed but I enjoyed the main stylist. Went in asking for a new cut/style, something that was a drastic change. I consulted her on ideas and she went to work. She also waxed my eyebrows. Very pleasant experience despite them not having many stylists. Before and after pics attached. I also got her advice on some products to buy.

She turned my hair orange and then tried to lift the color off, but my hair looked horrible 4 hours into the appointment. When I said I wasn’t paying for it, she had the nerve to tell me not to come back. She obviously had no clue what she was doing. I don’t usually do reviews, but she will ruin your hair. I don’t usually leave reviews but I feel compelled to do so for this shop. Lacy is such a good stylist. I am very pleased with my hair cut and my son’s hair cut. Lacy is so good with kids. I noticed some people posted poor ratings in the past but since Lacy became manager, I have definitely noticed significant improvements. The shop is much more organized and the stylists are all very professional. I will definitely be a return customer.

Went and got my hair cut here today. I wish I could have gotten her name I completely forgot to ask but she did an awesome job I absolutely love it and it’s exactly what I wanted. She was super nice and I will definitely be going back to see her. She’s the one with the short hair that is a beautiful pink color I highly recommend her!
