Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been going to Carol for the past year, and I have to say I have never been more pleased with my hair. I get compliments almost every week because of her professional styling abilities. She is also always accommodating on scheduling and any special requests. I have never met a harder worker and I really wish she would slow down for her own health and well being. Please know that I could never fully explain how she cares about her customers and their needs as she treats each and every one as an important client. I have been going to Carol for the past year, and I have to say I have never been more pleased with my hair. I get compliments almost every week because of her professional styling abilities. She is also always accommodating on scheduling and any special requests. I have never met a harder worker and I really wish she would slow down for her own health and well being. I hadn’t been to a salon in years because I’m always afraid they’ll mess up my hair or cut it too short. And Dolly wasn’t the only one who did a wonderful job, the rest of the staff was super friendly and very professional. I have to say it might be quite a drive from West Texas but I’ll probably make it just to visit these girls again! I had Dolly as my stylist and let me tell you what, she did a fantastic job. I hadn’t been to a salon in years because I’m always afraid they’ll mess up my hair or cut it too short. And Dolly wasn’t the only one who did a wonderful job, the rest of the staff was super friendly and very professional. Positive: Quality, ValueI’ve been going to Carol for over six years, and she is one of the best colorists in Fredericksburg. I’ve tried others only to come back to Carol. If you can show her a picture or tell her what you want clearly, she can deliver! She seems especially good at cutting mens hair and can cut so many different styles successfully. She has many repeat customers and is on a first name basis with many of the folks who come in. Getting enough staff seems to be a problem for the salon, the same as so many places these days. I’ve been going to Carol for over six years, and she is one of the best colorists in Fredericksburg. I’ve tried others only to come back to Carol. If you can show her a picture or tell her what you want clearly, she can deliver! She seems especially good at cutting mens hair and can cut so many different styles successfully. Positive: Quality, ValueCarol Smith has been cutting and coloring my hair for about 5 years and she is very good at it, especially color! She has loyal clients who, like me, have followed her.
