I got there five minutes early and the person there was rude and said she didn’t see the appointment until this morning and was booked. She was rude and not apologetic at all. I’m very upset about my experience here!

The people are super nice there and fun. Also they do a amazing job. I don’t trust anyone with my hair a lot of people with my hair but them you can trust. Not only that there prices are out of this world. Another thing there music is on trend. Love this place I would totally go again.

Downloaded app and it said they were open and there was no wait time. Drove in to get my hair cut and they were closed even when the app and website said they were open. Anyone thinking of getting their hair cut here better call ahead to verify that they are open.

They were great with my hair but for some reason it didn’t take right and they refused to fix my hair or give me my money back because they said swimming ruined it. Yet I have had many other colors before such as green, blue and red and I have NEVER had it completely strip before. I called corporate and they even said it must not have been done right. They were quite rude when I asked for my money back or it to be fixed

Charged almost $4 bucks for some covid-19 sanitation cleaning fee (per haircut) had 2 and all the cleaning that was done was the blowing of the hairdryer on the chair. I guess it is a good way to charge more for a haircut.
