Riley is the absolute best! She has been cutting my sons hair for a year now and today he finally sat in the chair by himself for the whole haircut because she has hyped him up to do so every time before. She is the only one who has ever been able to successfully cut my child’s hair. She is great with kids! Super attentive, great energy and a ton of patience with my son!

My experience was really good. I was actually 5 minutes late getting to my appointment but Riley was very patient and understanding. She was even patient as I tried to describe how I wanted my hair and I am very difficult in that regard. On top of all of that she was nice and again patient even though it was about 15 minutes to closing. I didn’t feel rushed at all.

the girl who cut my hair had just started and was in the salon alone. She gapped one side of my hair horribly, I asked for a bob with the right side longer because that’s the side I part my hair to and she cut it WAY shorter on that side. They should have never left a new stylist alone in the salon to cut hair! There’s no fixing my hair, I’ll have to just let it grow and that will take a while! I was very unsatisfied with the business.

I gave a good review in the past but due to my experience today I am editing my review. My haircut went fine as normal and we have been getting our haircuts here for over a year but my sons haircut was terrible. I didn’t like how my sons haircut was going and said something about how some hair was short and some was long and not only did she apparently not know how to correct it but she argued with me and was rude. I’m not paying someone to argue and be rude with me,I’m paying for someone to cut our hair how i want it cut. It was a terrible job and when she started arguing and being rude I told my son we were done here and as we paid and left I told another girl that cut my hair she could take us out of the system because we would not be back. Terrible experience and the girl cutting his hair should go do something else for a living and put the scissors down because she is terrible at it. I had to fix his hair myself when we got home after paying 18 dollars for her to mess it up.

Critical: Quality, ValueI went to get the ends trimmed and get my hair thinned out on 9/26/20. Riley Cut my hair and she was friendly, but she gapped my hair up so bad! And I couldn’t tell when I left because it was still wet. Even trying to curl it you can see how bad it is messed up. I’m really disappointed in it. With my job I have to make it look professional since I work for a lawfirm, I can’t just throw it up. And I couldn’t tell when I left because it was still wet. Even trying to curl it you can see how bad it is messed up. I’m really disappointed in it. Have had good experiences in the past with Ms Cindy Hester love her work. Was told to make appointment for faster service so I did. I was not the case at all it was still first come first serve. Which I did say that it did me no good to make one. Should have not said it. I got the worst hair cut ever. I have a very short hair cut. I left with twiggs sticking up in back, and when I complained was told that that was the way it was when you got a short hair cut. Mind you I’ve had it cut this way for over a year now. Needless to say I will not be back. Left in tears. I’m in your computer as Kimberly Grisham.
