Critical: Professionalism, QualityThursday March 25th 2021 I went in for appointment with my daughter I had scheduled at 3:30. When I made the appointment I told them I only needed them to wash and blow dry our hair. Although arriving to the salon 10 minutes late do to a construction detour. I was told to have a seat. The two women admittedly went to whispering mode. I could hear things like that’s a lot of hair. After whispering for a couple of minutes I was approached by the two ladies. They stated that they had no idea that there would be two of us (Although I made it clear on the phone) and only had time to do one. Okay that was fine I told them to do my daughter’s hair and I’d do my own. After washing my daughter’s hair everything seems to be going well until Linda starts talking (mind you in front of my daughter and another client) you know they don’t teach us how to do you all’s hair in school ” mind you all I ask her to do is wash and blow dry her hair. She also apologized to her other client stating she didn’t know she had to wash and blow dry her hair. (I guess we where supposed to leave with our hair soaking wet.) The whole experience was uncomfortable and the wost part was my 16 year old daughter was made to feel bad about her beautiful natural hair. Thursday March 25th 2021 I went in for appointment with my daughter I had scheduled at 3:30. When I made the appointment I told them I only needed them to wash and blow dry our hair. Although arriving to the salon 10 minutes late do to a construction detour. I was told to have a seat. The two women admittedly went to whispering mode. I could hear things like that’s a lot of hair. Critical: QualityI don’t know what happened here. The sides were supposed to be the length my chin, and the hair comes above my ears. Told her not so short I can’t put behind my ears. Can’t do that. Over two inches too much cut off. That is A LOT when it comes to already short hair.I wanted the same cut as before, just the sides more slanted. And cut fuller, not thinning, making my long face look longer. And the back is well, bad. Nothing like I had before.Major communication issues when given a price over the phone, so they overcharged me.My advice is take several pictures of what you want. Don’t assume because they said they cut the style you want all the time, they know what their doing with your hair. If you’re not happy, call and tell ANYONE, as there is no manager there, within the five or seven days noted on the receipt for a refund or do over.Service: HaircutI don’t know what happened here.
