They were prompt and took me in right away and told me the amount. However When I was finished they said my hair was longer than expected and had to charge me $10.00 more. My hair is past shoulder length maybe 15 inches she cut maybe a inch off. She Did a ok job no style or anything just a cut. I did leave a tip but regretted it after. Will not recommend.

The salon says they do online bookings, but I definitely wouldn’t trust it or their wait times in general. The online booking told me there was a current wait time of 5-15 minutes so I just drove over there. When I walked in and said I wanted to wait for a haircut the lady told me it would be a 3-hour wait (seriously) because they were “very busy”. She was ringing up one customer and there was no one else waiting or getting a haircut. I looked around at the empty salon and she said “I know it doesn’t look like it, but we’re getting very busy.” She told me I should have called for an appointment and referred me to Great Clips.

I went in for mini highlights and ended up getting full highlights and a cut. I love the fact that the stylist gives her thoughts on her vision. Kendra took her time and it turned out perfect. She doesn’t talk much, which was great. I work retail and just want a break from talking sometimes. I definitely recommend her. I had an appointment and they refused to take me at my appointment time. Instead they took someone who had an appointment over 30 minutes later. Mark and the other barber working were very unprofessional and neither know how to talk to or address customers.

I do not recommend. Go somewhere else. My 4yr old sons haircut was terrible very choppy on top. I showed the manager (or who i thought was the manager) and she agreed it could have been blended better. She asked the lady who cut it to fix it and the stylist replied that she was taking a 5 min break right after because that was finger length! She didnt seem happy and I did not want her to touch my kids hair again so we just left. I dont think all the stylist are bad but the one who cut my child’s defiantly didnt know what she was doing. Take your sons to a barber. I now have to have his hair fixed tomorrow.
