Critical: Quality, ValueI was running late so I rescheduled. They gladly changed my appointment, so when I was waiting well over 1/2 hour I didn’t complain. What I am complaining about is the fact that my stylist, who by the way was super super sweet as a person, understood the cut/style I wanted, but didn’t deliver. Not long after she started my haircut, some people she knew came in and she walked away without saying anything and was chatting away like she didn’t have a client in the chair. She also was cutting my hair like she was afraid to touch it. A few times I seen the scissors moving with no hair falling. Then when she went to show me the results, I was confused on what she even did as there was barely any change. When she went to show me the back she said, “I don’t have a lot of time, but I guess I could throw in some curls to show you”. If I was given the correct hairstyle, I would’ve been able to see layers without curling my hair. The length was still there and in the picture of what I wanted, it was to be shorter, if I wanted my hair curled, I would’ve just stayed home and saved myself $35. I’m so disappointed. Whether she was running behind or not, my time was being paid for so I feel my hair should’ve been done correctly and not rushed. Again, great person, horrible at cutting hair. I got a haircut here one time. I wanted to use the services again and I had the same experience as other customers. I called in the morning, no one answer. I left a message. No one called me back. I decided to drive there and the lady was nice, but she did not have the ability to make appointments for other stylists. How odd is this?! She made me feel like she wanted to get rid of me as well. I tried to see what she had opened to get a haircut and highlights throughout the week, and she eventually said “I’ll be gone all July and I cant book appointments for other stylists in the salon.” This is not the way to manage a business. Customer service is not there and professionalism is lost if you play mind games with potential customers to provide services. The one time service I received was good, but it feels like a bait and swtich since everything else that involves customer service is not there at all. It should not be this difficult to get an appointment nor a walk in if that’s what they advertise.

Sent my wife for a haircut and highlights. She got her hair cut in the morning, and scheduled for the highlights later in the afternoon. Paid for the cut that morning, but when she got her highlights done, the stylist charged for a full highlight and cut. When it was supposed to only be highlights. My wife asks the stylist about it and the stylist said “that’s how I do it, and that my wife was lucky she didn’t charge her for long hair”. My wife got her hair cut to her shoulders, so threatening that is pretty odd. Let’s not forget to mention that her hair is uneven, and no highlights in the back. The stylist was Amy, and didn’t offer to make things right I would highly recommend going to Ashley she is more professional and you actually get what you pay for. Gonna be sending her back to Ashley to hopefully fix this mess that Amy made.

Had a great experience! Called the morning I wanted to get in, got an appointment, and Ashley did a fantastic job, especially considering what she had to work with. They are, however, cheap for a reason- blow drying is not included in a basic cut and shampoo, you have to upgrade to a “basic style” for that, which comes with an extra $10 charge for hair longer than the shoulders. That being said, if you’re looking for a cheap, quality cut, you’ve found the place.

If you want them to cut your hair you have to walk in the doors exactly when they open. I called yesterday and they told me to call at 10 today. I called at 10:02 and no one picked up the phone as it rang for almost 6 minutes. Called back almost a dozen times and finally got someone to answer but they told me they were booked for today (this was at 10:18). Refused to let me make an appointment for the next day. I don’t know why it’s so difficult to get a haircut here. At least 5 other people had better luck than me because they decided to walk into Walmart at exactly 10am on a Saturday. I’m glad no one told them to call or they would be in the same boat. The one time I did go in earlier this year, they cut my hair with a big shelf on the back that was supposed to be a gradual fade of layers. I guess it’s a good thing they are too difficult and won’t work with people when they tell them to do something. Cheap, but would NOT recommend.
