So Katie took advantage of the whole situation kicked my stylus out wouldn’t let her finish bleaching my hair even though there wasn’t much left to bleach because Katie didn’t want to stay during closing hours which is 6:00 she wanted to leave at 3:00 and didn’t want to be bothered with my hair stylist to finish bleaching my hair so my hair was not able to get finished bleaching forcing me to have two appointments my hair stylist had an agreement with me that she would only charge me $80 for bleaching because my hair is so short and it wasn’t pre-colored or anything she was able to get my natural Brown out pretty easy so I go back to my next appointment and I again confirm with my hair stylist that she’s not going to charge me again for finishing up the bleaching job her coworker would not let her do and she said yeah she’s not going to charge me again well once she finished my roots Katie took over the whole situation again and made sure I got charged twice and overcharged I really like the hair stylist I have but I’m not comfortable with going there if Katie is going to continue to do what she’s doing my first appointment she was extremely abusive and mean to my hair stylist making me the customer extremely uncomfortable I reported her for her behavior and I’m certain she made sure I got overcharged and double charged out of retaliation unfortunately I would not recommend this salon until Katie learns how to have appropriate behavior and not double charge customers or they get appropriate Management in that department to prevent these issues from happening.

i went in and ASHLEY EVANS told me she was able to do it and that it may be a level darker and would blend easily. she charged me $142 and let me walk out like this. when my mom went in the next day ashley said she was completely fine with me looking like this and that it wasn’t embarrassing for her at all. very unhappy never get your roots done here.
