I went in for a haircut, not trying to do anything extreme but making some changes. I was very impressed with Kelsey. She was thorough and confident, explained what she was doing, had a good balance of asking questions and offering suggestions. A quality cut for an affordable price. Critical: ProfessionalismLast week Monday I made an appointment for my 82 year old grandma. We are regulars. I take both of my granny’s here. We never had a problem until Wednesday 3/3/2021… my grandma had an appointment at 11:30AM. We woke up Wednesday morning ate breakfast watched some tv then got ready to take grandma to Walmart. My aunt took her. They arrived and the hair stylist that was working said she canceled the appointment and she had called 3 or 4 times. She never called me. I had 0 missed calls and she didn’t leave a voicemail. Super unprofessional she was trying to argue with me over the phone. Do you know how much work it is to get an old lady ready just to come and they canceled your appointment. And what she said on the phone was crazy to me. “I called 3 or 4 times, you didn’t answer so I had to move onto to the next customer.” That’s BS you should of never canceled because you never spoke with me. Last week Monday I made an appointment for my 82 year old grandma. We are regulars. I take both of my granny’s here. We never had a problem until Wednesday 3/3/2021… my grandma had an appointment at 11:30AM. We woke up Wednesday morning ate breakfast watched some tv then got ready to take grandma to Walmart. Critical: ProfessionalismI arrived at 9:58 a.m. 2 minutes before opening time at 10am the the storefront was left open and unattended for 17 minutes while I waited for the stylist to show up. She was getting Halloween candy she couldn’t even be bothered to apologize for wasting my time. My only day off. I will never ever go back now.
