No issues ever. Have been going here now since 2015. Every month or every other month. They always make sure that I am satisfied with my hair cut. They are also very careful about cutting too much off initially and make sure I know they can always go shorter. They have saved my hair cut in the system so they know what to do every time I visit. Quick and easy.

Okay. I really hate to give a bad review. And honestly since it’s Walmart. What can I truly expect. The girl that helped me was nice. She really was. I went in for highlights and came out with something else. I also got charged a lot more than I had been told when I walked in. Plus. Toner is an extra $20 which no one told me, but apparently it’s standard? My only complaint is that the price was shady and when I asked about it, I was told that I had been charged less than I could have been. I also felt like I sat in the foils for hours, which, having my hair done professionally a lot, has never happened before, and it came out dry and kinda dead. My hair keeps breaking off. I will not be going back.

I went here last week for a layered haircut and came out with a mullet. Not kidding, a MULLET. My hair looks terrible, there’s no way to style it so it looks somewhat decent or cover it up, it’s too short even for a ponytail. I seriously cried a few times trying to do something with it. It will take forever to grow out so I’m stuck with it until then. On top of everything else, the girl who cut my hair had a major attitude. She was not friendly at all and seemed bothered to even be there. I wish she had just told me she either didn’t know how to do the cut, or that it would be difficult to do with my hair if that was the case. Worst experience ever, I wish I had read the reviews before going here.

Went there to get a haircut for my son and myself. Got there and was told that there would be a ten minute wait. We had to get a couple items so we did. We weren’t gone very long. Got back and was told it would be thirty minutes and they would only be able to do one. Mind you they were not closing till 8 pm and the time was 6:45pm. I told them that I was told it would be ten minutes when we had gotten there. The lady was very snotty to me saying “I have a client right now and its going to take about 30 minutes” while pointing to them leaning in as if trying to tell me off. Not very professional at all. I cannot and do not recommend this place. That is not how you treat customers.

My perm turned out bad, I have virgin hair so there is no reason why I had as many straight pieces as I did. I went in again to fix it and the manager I spoke to was extremely unprofessional and very rude. Also they added a ton of charges and fees to my purchase making it way more expensive than it was advertised. I am very sad and frustrated with the services from this salon. Don’t go here. 0/10.

OMG OMG OMG!!!! I got a relaxer done in my hair and my lady Michelle is AMAZING! I have never got a relaxer done professionally and she was very nice and gave me alot of information that I needed to take care of it. And it wasn’t just her, the place itself was just so welcoming and I loved everyone there. I wish the rating was higher because I would give this place a 1000 stars 🙂 Thank you so much ladies for everything and making me feel welcome even when I have never been there before.
