I know it’s in Walmart, that’ll turn off a lot of people but this IS a top notch salon. Great products, the stylists know their stuff. I wont go anywhere else. Period. ***update*** i went here last year and just got the worst haircut of my life (wish i were kidding or being overly dramatic but I’m not) i couldn’t make heads or tails what the stylist was trying to do but i had to go elsewhere to have it fixed.

Took my husband here yesterday for a hair cut. Im fully vaccinated and yesterday I saw many people without mask so I chose to not wear mine. Before I even got in the shop we were waiting to get an appointment and the lady was talking to a lady without a mask about products, standing 2 feet from each other. After she walked out the worker came over to me and said you need to put on a mask she was kind of rude about it and I sure felt singled out. I put my mask on because I’m not an anti masker. We made the appointment and then came back an hour later. Out stylist was the same lady. We followed her back and she pointed at a chair that I could sit in I said I am just gonna tell you how i want you cut my husband’s hair and then leave. The haircut was just ok it Seemed like someone just out of beauty school did it. My husband didnt like it. But were nice people he even left her a tip. But we won’t return. Treat people the same and be respectful. Make people feel welcome.

I love the manager, Janie! She’s professional and quick. I get a razor cut that is, apparently, not a common request, or as I found out from a previous stylist, not done for personal reasons. Janie does and does a wonderful job. Ask for an appointment, I see her booked up all the time. Some of the staff are a work in progress. But Janie leads by example!

Went in today to help myself feel better with a new haircut. I went in and told the stylist I had a picture and she didn’t even get close to what I wanted it’s shorter on one side and long on the other I told her I wanted a shampoo with my cut and she ignored me and just sprayed me down then took almost an hour to cut my hair. It wasn’t like I went in with waist length hair I went in with a pretty short aline already.. but my hair has been falling out so I went in to get it cut a bit shorter and didn’t get what I wanted at all.. not sure I even want to go have it fixed there..

My experience was not very good I hate my haircut. I asked for my hair to be like a picture but it is not the same. I am afraid to go back to school like this because it’s really bad. My hair is way to short from the front and the tips of my hair are not even. It looks like layers when I asked for it not to look like layers. I don’t think that smartstyle hair salon was bad it was just the person I got I’m not going to say names because I don’t want this to be deleted. I would not recommend smartstyle as one of your go to places for a haircut just because of that bad hair stylist. Thank you for your time.
