Critical: Cleanliness, Punctuality, QualityOur appointment was at 5 today and had to wait until 528. Scheduled two cuts one for my son and one for myself. Only had my sons hair cut because at the end it was atrocious to say the least. I didn’t take a picture because my wife was so upset. Let’s just say it was uneven and incredibly miss-shaped. It was a standard men’s cut 1/2 on the sides with finger length on top. It was also very dirty. I would highly recommend going somewhere else!! Our appointment was at 5 today and had to wait until 528. Scheduled two cuts one for my son and one for myself. Only had my sons hair cut because at the end it was atrocious to say the least. They close at 6 and I went in at 5:20 for a 10 minute haircut. No customers at all and one girl just sitting at the desk on her phone. I was told “they didn’t have time left in their day” so I won’t be going back

Janis (the layer queen) was great! She did a wonderful job with my highlights and haircut, and the price is unbeatable! Literally half the price of other salons and just as good. I also had a cut from another gal there that was one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend.

Was just there had asked how long of a wait was told 20 minutes. I had returned within 15 min sat just outside the window and the person I spoke with I was sure had seen me. Then another customer walked up and someone else came out to help and walked them back to a seat. So at this point I was ignored/overlooked and I am done with going there. I liked the convenience of getting a haircut while my wife shopped but no more.

They do not honor appointments booked online. I booked an appointment days in advance received multiple confirmation emails and made arrangements to be available. 45mins before my appointment time I received notification my appointment was canceled by the salon. When I called to see why I was told they can’t control the online appointments and called in appointments take priority. If you can’t manage an online booking system you shouldn’t be using one!
