I took my 5 year old here, in advance let the stylist (Jessica) know she is autistic and if she would just use a spray bottle and not wash her hair, she refused and said she has to do a hair wash. My 5 year old started crying and Jessica refused to complete service because she was uncomfortable. I let her know in advance. So she put me in 2 awkward positions. Of tying to have my 5 year old do something she is uncomfortable. Than the positionof being refused service. (I took my daughterto great clips and they were for friendly and understandingand were alot better. ) .

I don’t use this salon because there’s nobody there that does textured hair or otherwise I would. My husband goes here to get his hair cut & he seems to like their service(s). Laureen did a fantastic job at bleaching and styling my hair. I then went onto die my hair teal at home. It has been 10 months since I did this and it still looks great. She even went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable through the almost 3 hour process. I really recommend her.
