I have been here about a dozen times over the past few years because it’s relatively close to my house and it’s cheap. Every stylist has to be licensed in WA so I know that the salon location doesn’t matter as much as people think. Most of my services have been great! One was not but that stylist walked off the job immediately after my cut so I know she knew she messed up. The GM made it right and refunded me since we all deemed it unfixable.

My hair dresser was rushed and did a terrible job all the way through. She used cold water to wash my hair and did not listen to what I wanted. I asked her to fix a few parts but she cut so sloppy that i did not want her to touch me anymore. I will be going back tomorrow to see what they are willing to do to fix my hair. My bangs are completely uneven and she did not frame my face as i requested or blend my layers. I guess you get what you pay for! I would have done a better job myself. I will not be going back if they do not fix my hair tomorrow and right this wrong.
