Hair trims and cuts are always on point!!! Best coloring I have ever had (and I grew up in Vegas getting my hair done regularly there)!!!James the manager is AMAZING!!! He always makes sure that the person you see is a specialiat in your type of hair!They are so busy in this location; an appointment is required 95% of the time! Critical: ProfessionalismThis place I would not recommend to anyone. I have gotten 3 hair cuts from this place first time thought ok I guess she didn’t do well in school, second time she said she’s been doing hair for 10 plus years ok she should have done a better job. Third time ok third time’s a charm NOT EVEN CLOSE. Chopped it was suppose to be a layered cut omg layered isn’t the word it looked like I tried to cut my own hair. This place is great for getting your hair supplies but nothing else. I wouldn’t go there again if they were the only one in town. The staff all they do is sit and chat with one another and look at you like what do you want can I help you with attitude like your bothering them. Like a lot of people say you want a fast but not so good of a hair cut go there. And this is why the better hair salons are so busy and appts are long because they stopped going to smart style. I have gotten 3 hair cuts from this place first time thought ok I guess she didn’t do well in school, second time she said she’s been doing hair for 10 plus years ok she should have done a better job. Simply asked him to cut the length a little bit more and he completely flipped out! Yelling, screaming, lashing out- totally out of line and just very rude and mean. Critical: Punctuality, QualityCame in for a walkin with 4 employees doing absolutely nothing. They told me they didn’t have time to do 2 kid haircuts, to come back after 3pm. I did my shopping which took me an hour, and when I was done 3/4 were still doing nothing. I came back after 3pm and they tell me they still don’t have time. Thanks for wasting my time!
