Ummm… Well… I knew since it was Walmart it might not be the best since it is cheap quick service. I asked for a full head of highlights and to fix my choppy layers to be more ever and this is what I got. There was only one girl working and she rushed thru my hair as fast as she could and didn’t even blow dry my hair because she had another appointment that was there waiting. Thank God it looks ok up in a pony tail cause I cannot wear this down like this in public. Do not go here if you are expecting real good service. I will never go to a Walmart again.

Have gone to Andy for all my haircuts for the past couple of years, usually did my own hair color treatments but decided that my latest idea was outside of my expertise. Luckily, Smart Style has an extremely talented hair stylist and colorist in Toniesha. Unlike when I did my own treatments my hair didn’t feel like straw and the results of her experience and skill looks amazing. Smart Style is the only place in Hermiston that will get my business for anything regarding my hair, cutting or otherwise.

They close at 6 i called at 450 and arrived 520 to be told by the “hag” (her attitude earns the title) im naot taking any customers, you can make an appointment. Why did you tell me you could cut my hair on the phone just to turn me away. I’ll be informing corporate office and watching to be sure that woman is terminated. Went in to have a 1/2 inch trim and some small layers added and she took about 3 inches off of most of my hair and thats before layers and all of my hair is cut unevenly … As in when put in pig tails one side is 1 inch longer than the other … I do not recommend this place

Asked them to thin hair because I couldn’t get a band around more than once…its super thick and walked out with very very lil hair. More hair on floor then my head. Now I have super baby hairs that won’t go into a ponytail.
