Critical: PunctualityI had a appointment at 12 today with Isabel shes done my hair for the past year or so. Today she stared on my color right away just the roots. There was another customer she had already started on with highlights. One other staff member working it was not busy they only had one customer came in for a cut. At 2 15 I realized the time she had rinsed my hair and isabel said she needed to finish the first costimer hair first at this point it was 2 hours into my appointment and I said I could not wait. She charged me 69 dallars for just the roots to be colored no blow dry cut or style. Iove her work but I will never go back the salon was not busy and I feel at 2 and a half hours into my appointment my time was not considered at all. She could of offered me to come back a different day for the cut since I paid for it but she didnt. I had a appointment at 12 today with Isabel shes done my hair for the past year or so. Today she stared on my color right away just the roots. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI scheduled two appointments for me and my daughter. One at 3pm and one at 3:30pm. Both with Isabel. We got there at 2:50 and were told she was running 30 min late. We came back at 3:20. Sorry, another 20 min. We came back at 3:40. “Almost done!” We decide to just wait outside their door at this time.At 4pm we see Isabel start shampooing another customer. She apologized profusely, but says it’s out of her hands. Did not let us know that she started on yet another client, even though she had looked us in the eye 20 minutes prior and said “Almost done!” Really? After all these years as a hairdresser you have no ability to predict and plan your appointments? And when we scheduled our appointments we left our phone number. It would take 2 minutes, if that, to call and let us know you’re an hour and a half (or more?!) behind. But apparently Isabel had no time to call.
