Critical: Professionalism, QualityUnprofessional, they schedule you 2 weeks ahead, then when you show up they ask you if you have an appointment? Unprofessional, they schedule you 2 weeks ahead, then when you show up they ask you if you have an appointment? (In a rude way, instead of good customer service asking “can I have please your name?”). Their “consultation” can make you feel the worse as I’ve been insulted before while looking into my hair by one of the stylists named Grace. I guess I’m glad I was turned away since most of the reviews here say this stylist was also rude to them, and cut way too much hair for their face frame or liking.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI used to love going here, it’s inside a Walmart so it’s convenient, and the good deals on hair but it’s changed so much since they reopened. I recently booked an appt two weeks ago and when I came in, the hairstylist was a little late, made me wait outside. She was not very customer friendly.Then she was very unwelcoming Saying “did you book an appointment?” She said she would give me a quote after I wait for her to finish her register counting. She did not have a nice tone, attitude or offer for me to stay inside while I waiting for her to get ready. It seemed like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed.Then after looking at my hair, she tells me I have to sign a waiver. I agreed then she started helping out another person that came to the door. After helping the other lady, for about 10min and ignoring me, she give looks at my hair again, then tells me it’s damaged when it clearly isn’t since I’ve been doing treatments on it. She then gives other reasons like she doesn’t feel comfortable doing it, & there’s bleach in the back but not enough. And she doesn’t get referred me to go to another salon and see for myself that nobody will want to work on my hair.So she just basically, she just insulted me and wasted my time, even when I booked an appointment a few weeks ago. I understand she needed to give me a consultation but she didn’t have to be mean, nasty. She could’ve offered me a better solution where she could at least try to help. Never coming back to this again. I was going to refer my family too, but That stylist Grace has steered me away. Don’t come here unless you want to be insulted and turned away. I used to love going here, it’s inside a Walmart so it’s convenient, and the good deals on hair but it’s changed so much since they reopened. I recently booked an appt two weeks ago and when I came in, the hairstylist was a little late, made me wait outside. She was not very customer friendly.

Reschedule this time the place was open but the stylist did not show. Twice in one week. No calls to cancel just left waiting. Made an appointment one day and no one showed up to open the shop. Ok things happen. Must have serious not to show. Reschedule this time the place was open but the stylist did not show. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueChristina is like Superwoman. Sterilized everything first. Then my hero to the rescue at my most desperate need of last minute haircut before trip to Hawaii in 12hrs. Everywhere I called no openings. All I required was a spray bottle and quick cut and she did exactly that. Price was great, in and out, mostbog all I was beyond happy. I guess I dont need hair clippers today. My husband thanks you. Christina is like Superwoman. Sterilized everything first. Then my hero to the rescue at my most desperate need of last minute haircut before trip to Hawaii in 12hrs. Everywhere I called no openings. All I required was a spray bottle and quick cut and she did exactly that. Price was great, in and out, mostbog all I was beyond happy. I guess I dont need hair clippers today. My husband thanks you. I tipped $3 because they took me in between appts and I didn’t say anything after because it’s Walmart and it was too late by the time I seen it and I’d rather go to someone else for a fix . I asked for the dead to be cut which would’ve been about 2 inches and in a u shape cut with mid length layers. It’s choppy SUPER uneven and she thinned TF out of my hair and left a super long piece under while the shortest layer is above my ear ! I’m so frustrated. I just hope someone sees this and doesn’t make the mistake going here PLEASE DONT CHANCE YOUR HAIR HERE.Service: HairstylingGrace did not do a good job although she was kind.
