They always have appointment issues. Just recently saw online they had appointments available, decided to walk in since I was in the area, they said no. Went online the next day to book an appointment, while I was on the way they called canceled even though their website had appointments available. They shouldn’t have the option to book appointment online if it’s not accurate.

Critical: ProfessionalismCalled this store to see how I could get ahold of the district manager and was told there wasn’t one. I know 100% that is a lie and false. I have met the district manager face to face in the past while getting a haircut from the only good stylist they had whom moved away sadly. They told me I could come in and talk to their manager and I informed them it was shot another store. Upon telling her that she said “we can’t help you, bye” and hung up on me.
