Critical: ProfessionalismMy daughter wanted to get her hair cut. We made an appointment and everything was fine until we got there. I was not allowed to go back with my minor aged daughter while she was getting her haircut. I was told it was policy. Even though she was really nervous about getting her hair cut, I was ok with that, but for the majority of the time there was another worker( I was told it was the manager) talking with two people. One of which I heard them say, was a former employee. I wondered why I couldn’t go back with my nervous daughter because of policy with covid-19, but a group of three people not getting cut or styled or any service I could see could stand together closely and talk? When I asked again for clarification on why I couldn’t stand 6 feet away at least somewhat by my daughter, her stylist said…”you can speak with my manager, she’s right here”. I looked at the manager who was one of the three people standing together talking and she laughed at me. Made no attempt to speak to me or clarify anything. Just laughed at me. I was told it was policy. My experience was excellent! Hailey did a fantastic job on my color! All the girls there have such a wonderful attitude. Not only did I get a great hair coloring experience I got some much needed girl time. Everyone there treated me like one of the girls. The reviews prior than today must be from women who no longer work there because I didn’t get one bad vibe from these ladies. All the customers came in while I was getting color all left super happy. Hailey does such amazing work not only on the styling she made sure to check double check and triple check what I wanted. I noticed the other stylists were doing the same, which tells me there is a standard here and they set the bar pretty high, I’m glad. I am super picky when it comes to my hair, and although they are located in a busy Walmart you would hardly notice as they all gave me their undivided attention when it was just me in there. I now will not go any where else to get my color done.

Just got my haircut a few days ago by Kristine and I find myself smiling in the mirror a lot more already. She gave me a short pixie, listened to my being confused about which cut would be better for my face and helped me along with it.

Best place in Fernley hands down to get a haircut. Everyone there has a set schedule so it’s easy to make an appointment and the overall quality of the haircut is 10x better than other barber ships in town. Kristine cuts my hair on a regular basis and always does a flawless job.

Stood at the desk for 5 minutes or more making eye contact with one of the stylists while she continued to chat with one of her friends. It wasn’t until I gave up and started to walk away that she decided she would come help me. At that point I was already over it and went down the street where I was not ignored.
