I’ve been going here for years and up until the recent staff changes; it has been pretty good. Today, I was waiting at the desk for an employee to come up. When she did, she sat down and looked at me with no greeting or a smile. I asked for an appt and service needed. The other person who approached is who actually took the appt I requested. The cut was okay. She missed a few spots that I’ll need to clean up with clippers, but all in all , just a cut. Customer service is such a big item, especially when you are trusting someone to do permanent changes to hair. It’s important to feel welcomed, and my business is appreciated. Today was a failure and I cannot invest in people who don’t invest it simple Customer care.

Went in for a trim, got spoiled rotten with a glorious head massage during a fabulous-smelling wash, condition, and then some leave-in conditioner… then, I got a pretty layered cut, and some curl accenting stuff and another head massage. Had a nice chat, a great time, and the best haircut of my life to this point.

My family went yesterday to get a my needed hair cut. The hair cuts turned out great on my husband and oldest child (3years old); but on his way to sit down he was told he looked like he had gain 7-10lbs. From a staff Member who has cut our hair for many years. I found it very rude and very unprofessional to say to his face. Sadly due to this unprofessional and very rude statement we will not come back.

Their stylists are excellent. They are skilled in cuts, color and special hair treatments for people of all ages. I’ve been going there for a year and the staff has remained the same. No turnover and they are all very experienced. I always go to the same stylist and she does an excellent job with my color, cut and style. I trust her ability to make my hair look great!

Not happy with my cut at all. I just moved here and was super nervous to get my hair cut. My hair doesn’t even feel any thinner and it is so uneven. I couldn’t even wear my hair straight it was that noticeable. Will not be going back. I booked with Cia like someone suggested.
