Went in for my daughter’s haircut. Asked the lady at the counter how much it would be she said it was 19.xx plus tax for a kids cut. I asked if it included a wash she said yes it did. I made it very apparent I wanted my daughters hair cut showing her hair to her talking about what I wanted done. When waited 30 mins only to be told we would be charged 10.00 extra for the length of her hair and another 6 for the wash… told her that wasn’t expressed to me at all I was told 19 total when I asked and showed the lady at the counter my daughter hair… to say the least we left not paying 35.00 for a child’s hair cut. A huge waste of time 🙁
