Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis is by far the worst place to take a young boy to get a haircut. IT WAS SO BAD ITS EMBARRASSING. I couldnt bring myself to say anything as it would be hurtful. My son had a 20 + minute haircut and she literally cut less than 1% of his hair. I thought I was on a hidden camera show it was so ridiculous. She was literally cutting 1 hair at a time, I am shocked, when she said how does it look, I was in disbelief. . I paid her and left. Service was good however the cut was shorter than I asked and when styled you could tell it wasn’t cut correctly as you can see where they cut too much from a piece of hair so it looks uneven which means it will be even shorter than it is now. First review I gave it a two now I’m giving it a five went back and Vanessa fixed my a line she did a magnificent job and will be having my daughters fixed. If you want a good a line you have to go with Vanessa.

Extremely poor customer service. There were 2 people working, 1 was putting perm rods in a woman’s hair and the other was blowdrying a gentleman’s hair. I knew it would be a while before they could get to me but we’ll never know. After standing there for a few minutes, neither woman would acknowledge me. I get that you can’t stop what you’re doing but at least say “hi, we’ll be with you in a min”, or something, anything.
