Critical: Professionalism, QualityVery unprofessional and don’t know anything about customer service. I’m a 100% retired disabled veteran and the audacity of the lady to try and school me on military haircuts just because her son is in the army at the moment. She continued to argue with me on military cuts and I explained to her that she didn’t serve so she doesn’t know regulations. Her sons preference is not the military regulation but it does fall within the standards of a military cut. She then told me she didn’t want to argue with me and she could stop cutting my hair right then and there after shaving some hair off the back of my head. I left right then and there walking around Walmart to get necessities with a jacked up haircut. Very unprofessional and don’t know anything about customer service. I’m a 100% retired disabled veteran and the audacity of the lady to try and school me on military haircuts just because her son is in the army at the moment. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI usually don’t go to smartstyle here, and today I reminded why. I missed my normal barber for the day so I went to smartstyle. Upon arriving I checked-in and waited. After 45 minutes of waiting next to the register, because the chairs were taken, one of the ladies tells me to “sit in the seats or I could be skipped”, to which I said “I think I already have been.” They ignored me. At this point I had been skipped by 2 other customers. When I asked 1 lady how much longer the wait was, she rudely said I have to wait for the other lady. Needless to say, I left without a haircut.My first question is WHY DID I SIGN IN WITH MY NAME AND NUMBER IF THEY ARE JUST GONNA SKIP ME FOR NOT SITTING IN A SEAT?? Shouldn’t they have called my name? I was literally standing next to the register.My second question is HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO TAKE A SEAT IF THEY ARE ALREADY TAKEN?? Was I supposed to sit on someone’s lap??Third question, ARE THESE PEOPLE TRAINED AT ALL FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE? I usually don’t go to smartstyle here, and today I reminded why. I missed my normal barber for the day so I went to smartstyle. Upon arriving I checked-in and waited. Got waxed, color, highlights, styled my hair and made my feel as if I had been going there for years. Critical: ProfessionalismWent in there for a haircut. I was told by the ladies there it was a 30 to 45 minute wait and to sign in. The ladies were just all sitting there with only two ladies getting their hair done. The machine said it was a 2 minute wait. I don’t think these ladies want to cut hair. I ended up going somewhere else.

I get told they r cleaning up, and can’t cut my hair!. And when I’m still talking, this lady just walks away!!!. And acts like she can’t hear me.!
