Critical: QualityThis is the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. Cher was the one who cut it. She was kind of snotty, didn’t listen to what I told her and accused me of moving around too much. Since I’m 66 years old, I know to sit still when getting a haircut. She told me about her $2000 scissors which were VERY sharp. I wear my hair very short, but when I told her it was fine, she just kept snipping away. It’s so effing short that a styling product won’t hold it. My hair is all choppy, many different lengths and looks terrible. Fortunately, my hair grows fast and I’ll be able to control it soon. Never again will I use Smart style again. This is the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. Cher was the one who cut it. She was kind of snotty, didn’t listen to what I told her and accused me of moving around too much. I moved to havasu and found out fast that finding a good hair person it NOT EASY! LOL most of the places you would think would be good are no where near it because everyone seems to be right out of school or just lazy. That being said I tried Smartstyle in a “I give up” situation. I told the person when I called please just give me somebody experienced with blondes that’s all I ask. Turns out I was talking to the manager and that’s who I booked with. She ended up doing a great job, witch blew my mind because I was expecting something horrible like every where else in town. The only thing I was not a fan of is that I thought it would be cheap because of where its located….I ended up paying $165.00 and that’s almost what I was paying in Vegas for my master colorist at a spa. I also was wanting a little less high maintenance. I also didn’t like the attitudes the 2 other girls there had towards people. Other than that this is defiantly the best place in town, I have a ton of people asking me where I got it done at. Just ask for Jessica 🙂
