The experience center was a bit socially uncomfortable as Karen chose interesting topics to discuss like politics… it’s just unprofessional. The actual experience was the worst I ever had unfortunately. Karen was very rough with my hair brushing it out not to mention the Comb she used wasn’t sanitized. The layering she performed could have been accomplished at home since I just wanted my ends trimmed. My 2 year old had her first hair cut by Karen as well and she didn’t even brush her hair just started to snip away at her hair all willy nilly. I literally directed Karen to brush her hair first. Isn’t this hair 101 rule? I ended up doing some finaly touches at home. 50 dollars for 10 to 15 minutes in the chair between the both of us is over priced by a lot. Karen if you have lost your spark for this job then don’t do it. Respect us the costumers and yourself enough not to put us through this uncomfortable experience. Best of luck to you

Well. I asked for a zero fade no guard. All the way around. She asked if I wanted to leave it longer in the back, I said no not at all. She asked if I wanted to trim the top I said no. She leaves it longer in the back, trims the top and when I said I don’t want that she said I need it. I went home and hit my side burns with a one and it’s what she cut my hair with, I tried a zero and it took some off. I am so upset with my haircut. Like it literally has me wanting to shave my head right now. Hair grows back tho. Guess I won’t go there again.

Li did exactly what I asked. My hair was wet and clean so we just did a cut. I’m cheap so I didn’t pay for styling either. But Li was sweet and friendly and my hair no longer bears witness to what I did to it during the pandemic.

Is a good place, to get it done,… I needed a hair cut. The only person that use to do my hair was my sister…never any body did it as good….. until I visit this place, and Mollie took care… she has a gift, she knows what she is doing… I found the perfect stylist…hope everyone who visit them has the same experience.
