If I could ZERO STARS I would!!! The older Hispanic woman had an attitude as soon as we walked in. She selected what price cut we wanted without us asking. She selected the cut and shampoo. That was fine but when we told her what cut we wanted and how my husbands hair falls it went in one ear and out the other. She just started chopping it all off. So much more than what we requested!!! I even got out of my chair to tell her that was WAYYYYY TO MUCH! She completely ignored me and kept cutting!!! Took a whole two minutes to hack up his hair! Then didn’t brush the hair off his neck or shampoo after! I asked why he wasn’t getting a shampoo that we paid for and she said that was the standard price for a cut. I will be contacting corporate. That was was horrible!

Horrible. Went to Cynthia. No greeting, just waved my son to her chair. She looked mad. She then did a TERRIBLE job on his haircut. Uneven, crooked in the back, neck hairs were cut short – not shaved so it he has stubble, and didn’t blow the hair off his neck! I even had her try to fix the front, which didn’t work either. Then, even though I had selected “quick cut” for $19.97, she charged for a cut and shampoo at $22.97 (I didn’t catch until later because I wanted out of there). She didn’t shampoo him, it was a 5 minute cut!! Wasn’t friendly at all, didn’t even return the thank you I gave or for the tip.

Honestly I will not be coming here again poor customer service, lady didn’t greet me or ask how my day was. She looked very annoyed and angry. She would hit in the face with comb few times and she patted my head rather rudely. At the end she asked me “Is that that good enough?” In an unkind manner. 21$ for this kinda of hair cut to top it off not a great job at and very poor treatment!

The worst haircut I have ever had that woman should be fired I don’t think she even wants a job didn’t listen to what I wanted and a bad attitude the whole time and charged for shampoo and cut and all I got was a hack job absolutely horrible excuse for a hair stylest more like a 4 year old with scissors that got mad because she had to get up to work if this place wants to stay in business they will let her go because there is no way this place will succeed with her. Straight up horrible. Stylist didn’t want to cut my hair. I haven’t had a cut in years and she was done in 10 minutes. Asked someone if they could even tell if I got a haircut to a resounding no. If you’re looking to improve your look. Look elsewhere, stylist did the bare minimum to make a paycheck today. Thanks for nothing.

That was NOT good. Booked shampoo, cut , style. Got water sprayed across my head onto my pants in the cut chair, never washed, never styled. Got charged for a shampoo and cut but again, didn’t get a shampoo. And stylist didn’t do what I ask to be done. Tried three times and gave up. Only place open with my schedule but guess I’ll just have to take some time off to go somewhere that can read or listen from now on.

Had a last minute hair cut and Stephanie R did an awesome job. My usual visit to other places usual take 30 minutes but time was not an issue as she took a 5th then 6th look to make sure everything was perfect. Her station was clean and organized. Her equipment were well sterilized. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair and she did an outstanding job. I could tell she takes pride in her work and it shows. Great hire SmartStyles!

This location don’t deserve ANY stars. I paid for a haircut only to get it cut wrong by one the stylist. I tried to ask for a refund but got the runaround from the manager who was very unprofessional and didn’t try to resolve the issue, she didn’t offer any solution. Management needs to be retrained in customer service, as well as resolving issues instead of coming up with excuses. Very unprofessional. I also tried ask for corporates phone number but was unable to obtain from the stylist and management. I still haven’t gotten my refund.
