Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueSTAY AWAY!!!! My wife Yoli called me crying after Valery butchered her hair. Worse, when my wife complained to her, Valery angrily demanded that she leave. It was a terrible experience. Fortunately, a Great Clip stylist was able to fix some of the damage. The stylist commented that Yoli’s hair was cut unevenly.

Sarah Marie did a great job with my wife, we came in after a poor experience at another place and Sarah did a great job fixing the problem than cost cutters (the trash place that royally messed up). Very professional gal who took her time and was very pleasent. Also the price here was better than the place that did a trash job.

I just got my hair cut today and oh boy is it terrible. I am SHOCKED how bad my hair turned out. First off, I asked for a half inch trim, the older lady doing my hair didn’t even dry my hair so I walked out with damp frizzy hair. I get home and dry my hair to see how It actually looks. Ladies, my hair was crooked and my bangs were completely uneven. Like my long bangs were up to my jaw on one side and 3 inches below my jaw on the other side. #someonepleasesendhelp. Just don’t even go here. Please don’t. Especially if you have long hair and just want a trim like I did . It’s an absolute nightmare.
