It was a very disappointing experience. I went to this place to get a very simple haircut before the New Years. I felt that Vyanka, the stylist RUSHED the treatment. She was done cutting my hair within 3 MINUTES!!! She did rushed it and I really didnt like the way it turned out. I feel like she is in a hurry to get it done. I will never go back to this place.

This is my regular salon and I have 3 stars as I’ve never had an issue before today so maybe it was glitch. I was a walk in and asked what the wait was like. I was told to “come back at 3:45” (it was a little after 2). I said that was fine and proceeded to do my shopping. Around 3:30 I went into the salon and sat down. Only two stylists appeared to be working. 4:00 came and the stylist who wrote my name on the wait list comes into the waiting area and says something. “I said “pardon?” She ignores me and pointedly says to the teenage boy sitting there “MICHAEL, are you ready.” Making it clear she was speaking to him and not me. She could have and should have been less rude and also explained how much longer I was going to have to wait now that it was over 15 minutes after the time she told me to come back. But no, she couldn’t be bothered. So I left. Honestly I doubt my name was even on “the list” as usually I am asked for my name and number so my acct could be pulled up. That was not done this time.

Overall, the shop is clean and very well managed, and prices are competitive. The stylists are professional, and friendly. Brenda is the best stylist I’ve found! She trimmed my hair exactly as I liked. I have long hair, and most beauticians want to cut too much off. She also showed me a new product that I absolutely love! I think I’ve found my permanent stylist! . I definitely recommend SmartStyle Hair Salon!

My husband & I went to Salon. My husband only wanted his hair washed & Vee did excellent on washing massage & shampooing, great job & kind. Brenda deep massaged my head as washed, felt so relaxing, then Brenda dyed & straightened my long hair. Brenda did a beautiful job on my hair, so professional, kind & made me feel so beautiful. I recommend seeing Brenda or Vee.

Those that read my reviews know I rarely give bad reviews on Google unless a place deserves it, but this one takes the cake on New Year’s Eve!! Today, my spouse made an appointment online, as was requested when she called, then she showed up to her appointment 10 minutes prior and waited for almost AN HOUR (48mins) for service, but she never got any. When she spoke to the management, nothing was done to solve the mistake, not even AN APOLOGY. This is disappointing, when she has been a loyal patron of this place for almost a year. Will NEVER return to this mismanaged salon again!

At the Green Valley salon I got there at 4:10 for 2 kids haicuts,fades. The lady there stated she couldn’t do neither because she was waiting for a color appointment that would arrive in 10 minutes. I told her they wouldn’t take long since they were getting fades and she could do them in between. She made me come back 45 minutes after to find out her color appointment had cancelled. She was trying to hard to apologise. Then the prices that they announced on the TV where wrong and she blamed corporate office for false advertising.

I love the lady (Vee) that cuts my son’s hair. She’s quick and always does a great job. We showed her a picture and she did exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately, we haven’t been going to see her because everytime we call, it’s something different. (1) We called to make appt, the lady that answered was rude and said she would make my appt this once but it’s the last time, until I get my email address on file (2) called for appt, lady was rude again. Said I can’t make an appointment until it’s the day I want to come in (3) so I called the day I wanted to come in, lady said “you need to call an hour before you want to come in”. By this point, I was done with the rudeness and the constant rule changes just to make an appointment. All we wanted was to make an appointment for a simple haircut. It’ a bummer too because we had finally found someone in the area that was good at fades.
