I went and got my hair ombre. Dark on top and blonde on bottom however, I assumed I wouldn’t achieve the color which was fine but I spend HOURS in there just to get my hair fryed and an absolute horrible job. Though she did really try I’ll give her that but I have to walk around with it and to pay so much for a service I shouldn’t have someone TRY to do hair at a hair salon.

I came in and saw a girl named Jessica and left with the worst haircut I’ve ever had. First she started cutting my hair dry and didn’t pin it up to cut from the underside but instead she cut it as it lay saying that it was because my hair was already short. She seemed nice and made small talk but whenever I asked something about my hair she responded in a condescending tone but by then I was to far into my haircut to just leave. By the time it was over I was so frustrated and clearly and verbally upset over my hair that I just paid and left with a hacked off Bob, with no blending and because she didn’t take into account how thick my hair is I now have a weird bump on the side of my head from where she attempted to do layers. I used to go into the Walmart salon whenever I needed a quick trim between appointments when I lived in the valley but now I know I can’t do that here. Needless to say I left one star only because I had to and I will never ever go back.

I took my son to get a haircut. There was a picture on the wall of what he wanted but the stylist Jessica cut his hair very short and there is no way he can even style it. She washed his hair and said that he had dry scalp and said that he needed tea tree shampoo but when I said we has some, she decided he needed some other kind of shampoo. She was just interested in selling something.

I ended up paying 22 dollars for a haircut only to have to have someone get it fixed. The girl did my hard part a quarter inch thick, and didn’t even fade my hair the right way. And it took her maybe 8 minutes to cut my hair, she seemed distracted. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!

I have important event next week, and they ruin it. They made my hair too short without even ask me ( not from the top, but the other sides) . my hair now look so stupid, and I can’t fix it. Whenever I look to the mirror, I almost cry because the event is too close. And I don’t know what I should do, so screw you guys. Just get a real barbers.
