Natalie, fixed my hair today. The manager messed it up. Even Natalie agreed, my hair looked bad in the back. On top of all this, my hair was cut and the second time trimmed there. It was uneven done. So. Natalie had to straighten my hair. She did a wonderful job. Who would think, the manager messing up your hair. Very disappointed. I got charged again. This is not right. I paid now with tip over $ 240. For low and highlights. This is unfair. It should have been free the second time sine they messed it up. Thank you Natalie, you fixed the problem. You should be the manager. This is the problem. No-one checks on this store. So they do what ever they want.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI called on Thursday to make 2 appointments for Saturday morning. One for cut and color and the other for a cut, drove an hour in a half to get there for my appointment at 9am. Waited until almost 10am and still no one showed up to open the salon. UNEXCEPTABLE!! I called at 11am to voice my issue and was told the girl looked at her appointment schedule wrong…so what!!! The salon hours say 9am!!
