This was absolutely the worst place! there is a lady in there mid 30’s who has no idea what she is doing! she is so rude and doesnt listen. my hair was a little longer then half way down my back. I asked her to frame my face but keep it long, she gave me this sassy face and get my hair above my chin. leaving it unframed and completely awkward looking. I am stuck pulling those now bangs up and pinning them on the top of my head for probably the next 3 months so they can grow a few inches to a normal length that flows with the rest of my hair. I left crying and shaking that she just chopped my hair off. I did not pay her and i will never go back. i can not even explain how rude and inconsiderate she was about the whole thing. i was not even there for 5 minutes when i told her to stop she ruined my hair. This was just supposed to be a cut. i cant imagine trusting her with color. DO NOT GO HERE

I got my hair cut there and they did and absolutely terrible job its so uneven I don’t know how they could have not seen it when I was leaving I highly recommend to NOT get your hair cut there ESPECIALLY if you have LONG hair.

Not only did she take over an hour for a simple cut, I don’t even know the stylist name. None of her paperwork was displayed giving a name nor a name badge. She was so slow and out of it I swear she was drunk or high or something. And she absolutely screwed up the whole cut! It’s not only what I specifically said I DID NOT want, but it’s even shorter and worse. HORRIBLE!

I also got charged and extra 10 dollars because my hair was longer than my shoulders. Never coming here again. They just want to take all your money

Madeline always cuts n colors my hair and does an amazing job. I’ll only go to her and have followed her to Smart Style in Surprise where she has been for years now. I drive an hour to have her do my hair. She’s awesome and always has something new and exciting for my color. I’d definitely recommend her.

Came in for an undercut. Lady tersely said “Ok” and got to work. Didn’t trim the sides at all. Asked for a mustache trim. Got told it was $10.97 extra (in what crazy world would you charge for this in the first place, much less $10 for it?) Strangely got product put in for free however (which is a more valuable service.) Admittedly I should’ve noticed that the cut was done incorrectly but no stylist should pretend to know what you’re talking about and then not actually do what you specified. The $18.97 price point for a shampoo and adult cut is attractive but don’t be fooled, these stylists most likely do not know what they’re doing. Pay $10 extra for someone who will throw in facial hair work and actually knows their trade. Do not come here unless the cut you need is childishly simple. Also, a stylist vocally complained about a guest she had earlier in the day while I was seated there. Not a good look for a place that already lacks a good look.

Don’t bother. This is the third time we’ve been here and it will be the last. I made appointments for my daughter and I to get cuts, we showed up 5 minutes early but was told that walk ins come first. She told me that was stated when I booked online, it wasn’t. She also blamed a stylist that was not yet at work. So we wait. Now it’s finally our turn, I was told that because I have long hair I have to pay an additional $10 even though all I want is a simple trim. That is outrageous! I don’t understand that at all! The store is filthy. It’s never dusted and sweeping is only half done. Don’t bother coming here! You don’t save any money.
