I had a 9:30 appt and waited for a half hour to get a ten pack foil with Reba. There was no acknowledgment about the wait and she had an attitude. I had to be somewhere at noon so there was 1 hour and 45 mins left in order to receive the service. Reba explained that it would take at least two hours, which didn’t make any sense to me. I’ve had this done many times at other salons and it never took that much time. I really felt like she didn’t want to do it and she made no apology whatsoever. She was unfriendly and I will never return there or to any Regis salon. The manager Millie was there and did nothing.

I made an appointment online for the same day and was promptly served. I got a great hair cut and an awesome new conditioner. Nexus and Biolage products are well stocked and priced right. Reba did a great job and took her time. I really appreciated the service and the cut. I’ll be back for certain.

The mngr their refused to cut mine and my daughters hair and i dont know why, we called and made an appointment but as soon as we walked in the salon, the mngr took one look at us and said she could not cut and style our hairs.We are new to yuma but we had to go to Divas because my daughter was graduating and we needed cuts and hairstyles, good thing Divas took us in as walk-ins and we walked out looking like divas.
