I have been going to the “Winslow, AZ.” salon for a long time. After yesterday’s visit, I won’t be going back. I always had my hair done by “Trivia”. She always did an excellent job. She has left an gone elsewhere and I didn’t find out where till after this current salon visit. When I walked in, no one addressed me at all! I know they had to of heard me. I finally walked into the cutting area and there was a girl name “Stephanie” sitting there on her phone. I asked if “Cece” was there and she said, “I don’t know where she is”. Then I saw another girl that looked nothing like a stylist, sitting in the back, I asked if she was Cece and she yes. She got up and was walking with her hand holding her side. I asked if she was ok and she said that she had fallen, had hurt herself pretty badly was off work for awhile, an now back but still hurt. The cut is ok. It’s not a good cut, but it’s not bad. She sprayed my hair and cut it, then said “ok..all done” I said can you dry it please”, she started drying it but seemed aggravated. The whole feel of the salon was just bad. Not friendly or upbeat as it had always been in the past

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf I could give Zero stars I would , I work for Walmart and have for the past 10 years , we get a discount on items in the hair salon. But apparently today Susan who yelled in my face that she was the manager stated she “should obviously know” , we do not get discounts and that for the past 10 years everyone has been doing it wrong . One day I came here to get my hair cut. The manager asked another associate to tell me that they will not help me today. I kindly asked why. The associate said she didn’t know the reason, so I asked see the manager. Her answer was because I had made a complaint previously. I told her that was 5 years ago, I had been getting my hair cut here since. Ridiculous right? My complaint was about my daughter’s hair cut. She still didn’t care to reconsider.

I went here for a simple trim. My hair is all one length, or was anyways. It’s not hard to trim the edges all the way around or at least I thought it wasn’t. The stylist ended up axing off half my length near the front of my face, how she managed to do this is beyond me but I was in tears, I lost 7 inches of length after having to go to another place to have them fix it. These stylists are not professional. Go to a high dollar salon, it may cost more but they won’t screw up your hair like this place. I tried to save a few pennies and ended up losing 7 inches of hair. The girl clearly had no idea what she was doing.

I see ada everytime. I actually request her because she is the only one i know that can cut my hair the way i like it. I have been to salons in the past and they dont listen or tell me the cut i want is not possible. Ada makes it happen while listening to my every request. She does not rush and does my hair beautifully will continue to see ada and i go often. Ada is a very important piece of this business.
