WARNING: My mom and I normally use a different location unfortunately our hairdresser was out and was unable to do our haircut so we decided to go to a different location to have our hair done. BIG MISTAKE!!!! The lady we ended up with did not ask how we wanted our haircut she just started cutting my mother’s hair and when my mother told her how she wanted her hair the woman seemed to do what she wanted to do then when it was my turn I told her how I wanted my hair done and she didn’t do anything that I asked her to do she just cut my hair the way she felt like cutting. I didn’t know what to say I’m normally not a complainer but when I got home and my mom looked at her hair and I looked at my hair I saw how choppy it was it wasn’t really even it just looks horrible both mine and my mother’s hair look like it was butchered. When I am able to go back to my regular hairdresser and she sees my hair and my mother she’s going to ask what happened. I have pictures that corporate would like to see the nice job that their hairdresser did I’ll be more than happy to send it to them. I definitely would not recommend this location. I don’t think this lady knew how to cut hair at all. To be honest I think a flobee would have done a better job than this lady did. Do NOT go there!!

The ladies are very nice and I wish I could have given 5 stars. But my haircut was so bad! There’s nothing to do about it, but change where I get my hair cut. The lady who messed up my hair told me, while giving me a hair cut that a lady called in complaining about her haircut. The ladies were snappy to me on the phone regarding first come and then when I got there they said there were no openings until the next day, well so much for first come or walk in only!!! I went to Perfect Hair and that is where I will go in the future. Also, my husband went today got an appt. for 1:30 and waited until almost 2, same snappy attitudes plus how did he get an appt? Change your business model, my time is important!!!
