Critical: ProfessionalismThe girl I had said a lot of profanity and was not professional in her speech whatsoever. She gave me a very unorthodox haircut. The prices for ablow dry was outrageous. $40 for a simple blow dry! My color cost $80 which was pretty reasonable. then a simple style was going to cost $30 extra after the blow dry. i only have hair a little bit past my shoulders. The girl I had said a lot of profanity and was not professional in her speech whatsoever. She gave me a very unorthodox haircut. The prices for ablow dry was outrageous. $40 for a simple blow dry! Critical: Professionalism, QualityAfter shopping I noticed this place offers “kids haircuts”. My 3 year old needed one. They immediately sit me and no cordial introduction to me or my son, and asked what haircut i wanted for him.I asked for a basic little boy haircut. The stylist then mumbles to my 3 year old “look down” and gets to work. He gets a little uneasy around his ears but it pretty still for a three year old. He does start looking around to which the stylist grabs his head and is trying to force his head down.I start to feel uneasy since she is trying to get it done quickly and is holding his head pretty forcefully, but im quiet because im sure it is hard to cut such a small childs hair.She then trys to go around his ears without the safety guard for the razor (not uncommon) but then he pulls back and says “ow” I check for cuts and there are none, but this lady who has said less than 10 words to my child gives a gesture with her hands basically saying “why the heck is he complaining” like SHE was inconvenienced.I pulled my son up and left while telling her how inappropriate her interaction with my 3 year old was.I will NEVER go to this place again.
