If I could give NO stars I would! WORST haircut I have ever had (and I am 64 yrs old so that’s saying a lot). I will NEVER go here again. I asked the young girl to NOT cut the back of my hair as it was short enough. I ONLY wanted a TRIM. She kept asking me how to cut my own hair! I wanted the front and sides TRIMMED. And the top a little spiked. The pictures will show the total butcher job I received. Also she wasn’t going to wash or blow dry my hair until I had to ask her if she was going to do those things. AND she didn’t know how to use a blow drier on me! Kept asking me “is this how you do it?” I couldn’t believe what I was seeing and hearing. I THINK her name was Desiree or something. She was in her early 20’s and very timid. It took her 45 mins to finish a perm roll up that was already half done when I arrived! The pictures show what my hair was like before and after the butcher job. Keep in mind I only wanted a TRIM. (Look at the back and top crown areas)

I showed them what I wanted done to my hair and I was going to get to my question of how much it was gonna cost etc . Lady rushed me and was really rude. Her response was “ so what was your question in the rudest way “ she Had no customer service whats so service and was a complete bad word in my opinion.

I went this morning and the lady was very rude telling me that other people was waiting and literally trying to push me out the door, so I signed in anyway and sat down and all I could hear was her complaint to the customer who she was working on about how booked she was with an appointment at 10.30 and one at 2pm and 2 people signed up as walked in. A gentleman walked in and again her rudeness came up. Not as much as she was with me at least she had the decency to explain to him that she was the only one there. I understand if she was overbooked or she was frustrated due to being alone, however there is no need to be rude. I’m so tired of people using this pandemic as an excuse to just be nasty to anyone. I walked up and left. I was so looking forward to a haircut this weekend since it’s been a stressful week, I don’t need it I just wanted it but the fact on how I was treated today about it made me just not want it anymore. I will never come back again, I bet the day this locations gets to 1 and really no one comes here then you’ll be asking for people! It’s so sad. But that’s what I get for thinking a salon at Walmart would be a good idea! Learned my lesson!

Got a perm today and noticed how uncomfortable the hair washing set up is. It seems like the shop could use a little updating such as proper chairs that fit at the sinks better. My neck was still sore from the angle the chairs create at the sink. When a patron gets a perm, there is always a certain amount of time that is spent at the sink, etc. Otherwise, I was happy with my perm.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI am a regular repeat customer here and today at 4;00pm I called to make an appointment for tomorrow and the lady who answered the phone told me they were closing early today at 5;00pm because it is slow and they are short handed and are not taking anymore appointments or walk – ins for today. She then suggested I get an appointment as they were encouraged.I reminded her I am talking about tomorrow morning. She then told me to call back tomorrow morning as she is leaving early. I then asked why I have to call back tomorrow to setup an appointment for tomorrow when it can be setup now? She stated so I can see how busy it is tomorrow.Ok, that is ridiculous because then someone else gets the appointment I could have had tomorrow and if you are open for two more hours why are you turning customers away as well as revenues you could have made.While most businesses welcome any business they can get right now this lady is discouraging business and turning customers away so she can go home and close early by saying business is slow.I am sure we all now know why the business is slow when you refuse to make appointments and drive customers away. Corporate really needs to take a look this lady and get her replaced.
