I had a bad cut here once a while back but that girl doesn’t work here anymore as far as I can tell. Since then they have done a good job cutting my husband’s hair and every other girl I’ve had cut mine has done a great job. They are kind and personable and happy to work with you.

I made my appointment online and showed up about 5 minutes early. There was one gal cutting someones hair and the other walking around on the phone. Me and my son stood at the register for 7-8 minutes and finally the one on the phone acknowledged us and told us to have a seat. The girl we were waiting on seemed to be more worried about flirting with the client in the chair and about 30 minutes after we had gotten there she was just taking him to wash his hair after his haircut. She never did acknowledge us and apologize for the wait or anything so we walked out.

I usually come here for the convenience, and the cuts are ok. I was just there and the girl at the counter was obviously on a personal phone call based on the casual conversation that had nothing to do with hair or their products. She didn’t even acknowledge me waiting. An elderly women came up with a product to buy, and I let her go first so she wouldn’t need to wait. The cashier stayed on her personal phone call. She did end up ringing up the lady, but never left her phone call. I left at this point. I’m a patient man, but this was just rude. Get off the phone and take care of your customers!
