Mens haircut: As it turned out, stylist must not know what “tapered” means. She used short clippers all the way up sides. Left with uneven cut, way too short on sides and back, irregular ridges where that meets top hair. She did apologize, blamed it on miscommunication. Yes, if you don’t adk enough questions, there will be miscommunication. Plus, set up my account with her own ‘creative’ spelling of my name. Again, no question to confirm it.

She asked me what I wanted and I told her. She seemed uninterested in doing a good job. We humans like it or not, we probably need a haircut. For a Salon, anchored in the busiest shopping center for 60 miles, these people haven’t figured out how to efficiently serve clients. Walk-ins are welcome. Welcome to make an appointment, how is two hours from now. Now being Yesterday @ 4 PM. So I make the appointment for today, just before lunch. Quick haircut, and then a lunch date with my spouse. Only problem is they didn’t honor the appointment. Some other walk-in, today was given the spot. Which would have been okay had they acknowledged their error. My appointment was on the paper appointment sheet, but wasn’t entered into the computer. Instead of any kind of apology the Lady went on to suggest I was 30 minutes late, until I asked her to help me read the paper calendar schedule, indicating I was right on time. They offered to schedule me in again for 40 minutes later. No thanks, I had a lunch date. Have a nice day! I will, elsewhere.
