I made an appt for the following day because they were booked. I showed up 15 minutes early, stood at the register to let them know I was there and no one acknowledged me. I saw a small seating/waiting area so I sat down. Another 10 minutes go by before I was acknowledged asking if I had an appt. I said “yes, at 2”. She said they were running late and I would have to wait until after another 2pm appt. which should take about 30 minutes. Why bother with appointment?? I can understand 10-15 minutes but I did my due diligence and booked one instead of expecting to be seen right away as a walk-in. The only response I got was “well, sometimes we run late…” ok, but you wasted my time and I was unable to wait an extra 30 minutes after getting there 15 minutes early. Never again. They could have informed me when I first walked in the place but I wasn’t told until after I’d sat for awhile. By the way, there was another customer being worked on and the stylist completely ignored me, who was supposed to cut my hair initially. Very poor customer service and scheduling.

This was my first time at this salon. The manager colored my hair and asked if I wanted a cut. I said I just wanted her to trim my dead ends. I was charged for my color and extra for the length of my hair and then I was charged for a shampoo and cut ..23.95. The was shampoo was really in the cost of my color already! Since you can’t color someone’s hair with out cleaning the color out! So, I was charged 23.95 for her to trim my ends. My husband got a haircut the day before and was charged 18.95….hmmm won’t go back there again to be cheated out of 23.95!!!

Called at 3:15pm and made an appointment for a wash and style at 6:45pm. The lady on the phone said it would in the 17 dollar range starting out for my hair length. I confirmed and showed up at 6:45 for my appointment. The lady at the salon, did not approach me friendly whatsoever. This was a different one than who I spoke to on the phone. She walked over and asked what I wanted and how long my hair was. I took down my hair and then she asked “what did she tell you on the phone for a price?” I told her that the woman on the phone said $17 range to start. And she stared at me and said, “No. It is going to be like 70 dollars ish” I couldn’t even believe it so I asked “70? For a wash and dry. Not even a style” she said yes. SEVENTY BUCKS. really? No. I pay that much for a cut and color at a more upscale salon. The lady was so rude I wish I would have grabbed her name she had short dark hair. So I guess if you just want your hair washed and blown dry, head over there if you have $70 for that. Oh wait, they stop doing services over 2 hours before they close.

I told my hairdresser to cut the bare minimum and she asked to cut it up to the blonde “which was just a little bit more than previously cut” and i was like eh, what will it hurt. She made it would like it would Just be a centimeter. She did NOT say it would be inches. I had hair past my shoulder and it is now at my chin. It took 4 hours to get top layer highlights and i ended up leaving with wet hair to just be done; and it was just as exspensive as a 5 star salon. Just don’t do it.
