Don’t go there! I wouldn’t recommend. Ruined my hair really badly! And charged me money for Tiger stripes of the 80s! I wanted highlights little bigger than baby highlights and i got this. cried my eyes out. Then went to Hip salon and kindest woman fixed it. It should of been easy work but it turned into nightmare that supposed to be $35 instead i spend $150 to fix it and my hair is ruined and damaged now. Soooo disappointed! It was done by Megan. Never again!

I asked the lady at the register if she could fit me in for a haircut. She said no as they both had appointments coming in. I knew that was a lie so I asked them to take my number down. I walked by about 20 minutes later and they’re both on their phones and sitting down. Really?! I could have been done by then. Would never recommend this place.

I HAD hair past the middle of my back, I asked for a 1inch trim, even showing what 1 ich was… and now my hair is just below my shoulders. She cut over 6 inches off! I waited a few days after my ‘trim’ to post a review because I was so mad. Im still upset.

After spending $45 at a fancy salon to have my hair cut, and having the stylist re cut it, I decided to go somewhere else. Smart style just happened to have an appointment available within the hour, and I ended up scheduling with Markell Mendez. I’m so grateful I did. She busted out the exact hair cut I wanted from the get go! And it was perfect. If your looking to get a dramatic stacked A-line, this girl has that cut down! And was super informative about all my product questions! Will definitely be going back every 6 weeks!

Went there with my cousin and her stylist was really nice and welcoming my stylist on the other hand was very hostile did my bangs very uneven and got black hair dye all over my skin and overcharged us when we called back to talk about them overcharging and to tell them about my hair which is very fried they yelled at us and gave us no chance to talk about it never going back.

I took my daughter Mary to SmartStyle for her 4th birthday to get her hair cut. She was so excited to get her hair done like a big girl does, and she was TREATED LIKE GOLD! First, this is not exactly connected to SmartStyle, but the lady who was paying for her haircut as we were arriving turned around and gave Mary four $1 bills and said they were for each year she was old (HOW SWEET IS THAT?! Total stranger!). Then, she got fawned over by every person who worked in the salon with all manner of giddiness and excitement for her birthday. She was called a princess multiple times, which she just ate up! One lady even offered her free birthday doughnut holes (which I’m guessing was just a random surprise treat and isn’t something they are normally able to do) with bottled water. Her stylist was named David, and he did an amazing job with her hair and helping her get excited about her new look! I was so very pleased with how well she was treated and how her hair came out. After it was all said and done, Mary gave her four new dollars to David because she had such a good time. I would recommend this salon to others. We had a blast!
