Had an appointment for a 93 year old man. We waiting for a half hour . there was no bench for him to set& wait.he waited on a broken scooter. After the wait he went out to the car. The place wasn’t opened until just before 10. Curiosity is to at least call & let him know because for whatever reason your not gonna be able to do it .He loves the girl that does his hair.. Just leaving him hanging like that is rude. Thankfully the lady that come in at 10 was able to do it for him. Very thankful her doing it.

I went in to smart style to get my eyebrows waxed and left burnt. In between my eyebrows I had blisters and my skin was ripped off. After finding out, (almost right away) I went back in and asked for a refund. I was told that a refund was not going to happen. The girl who did my eyebrows was a manager.
