Critical: Professionalism, QualityI booked online three days in advance through Google. I came in early and the gal was straightening her own hair – there were no customers. I said I was booked at ten and got ready to show her what I was hoping to get. She instantly said that they don’t connect with google booking and she didn’t have me on her schedule. She said they were too busy – even though the place was empty. She was not kind or apologetic – she seemed annoyed at even having to talk to me – like I was an inconvenience. I understand the app not booking correctly is not the fault of the employee but she was rude on top of it and not professional at all. I booked online three days in advance through Google. I came in early and the gal was straightening her own hair – there were no customers. I said I was booked at ten and got ready to show her what I was hoping to get. She instantly said that they don’t connect with google booking and she didn’t have me on her schedule. Website and advertisement says walk-ins welcome, tried to walk my son in, an hour& half before closing time, nobody in any chairs, 2 stylist present, they asked if we had an appointment, and I said no, they said they couldn’t help us, as we walked around Walmart and walked by on our way out, both stylist were still chatting at eachother, no clients to be seen… Oh well, they missed out on a big tip…

There is a Hispanic woman that works Sundays in this hair salon. The first time she said she didn’t have time to cut my hair with over an hour before closing time, after I asked her why she didn’t have enough time, she cut my hair and did a horrible job. Tonight I caught her right after finishing another gentleman’s hair and asked for a haircut. She said she had a few appointments and one was a perm. We shopped around Walmart for about 45 minutes and when we walked by to leave she was texting on her phone. Customer service has taken a back seat lately and I refuse to be treated like this. Us pesky customers pay your salaries, I would suggest either just closing your doors or firing this lady with horrible work ethic. Everybody I know will find out about this, and I will always find a different place for a haircut….

I’ve had probably a half dozen haircuts here. I only need a simple men’s haircut, but they’ve always done a fine job. They can be pretty busy, so it’s a little disappointing that I often can’t just pop in and get a haircut in a short timeframe. Best to call ahead for an appointment.

Tried to set up an apt to get my sons hair cut. The girl asked if 4:30 was good and I said no I need it for 6:30 she asked me to hold and then came back and said there was only 1 girl working at that time and she had another appt. I asked when the closest apt after 6:30 would be and she replied back with “I dont know I dont know how long it will take” the fact that the girl had no customer service and really didnt seem to care is very irritating as well as the fact that only 1 person working is ridiculous. This is why I usually try and go to pocatello or idaho falls
