I went in to get my hair done Jan 25,2020 12:30pm appointment for a color. I was literally so excited, I had Chelsea as a stylist. She had a very fun personality and great conversation! The last picture is the picture I came in with and asked her if she could do this look with darker roots…she was all for it, very confident in her ability to pull this off. She suggested the magenta roots with a silver purple to achieve the picture I showed her. I trusted her that she knew what she was doing. I was there for hours and so happy she was able to do my hair. We finished…She wanted to style my hair and I left with my hair looking like the first picture. Honestly, not really anything like the picture I came in with and asked for. It was late, so I honestly just threw my hair up, went home and to bed without even really looking at it. I take my hair down the next day to shower and in the natural light, I start to notice soooooooo many spots and magenta lines that bled through onto my light color…which the light was supposed to be a lilac grey btw.

My little guy has autism and haircuts have always been a super scary thing for him. Nicole took her time, explained each step to my 5 year old BEFORE actually doing it and it was the very first time we got a great haircut without any tears or major meltdown! I went in n had to wait for the lady to finish talking with a guy who was apparently leaving. I finally said that I jave things to do too. I’m not gonna name or point out a person but asked for a bang trim it’s been 2 months n my bangs are still not grown out or look good. Ovviously, this person should maybe be refreshed in how to cut bangs.
