I told her I didn’t want to use any bleach so i told her mix it up and surprise me and she didn’t disappoint!! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went here last weekend to get a brown and caramel balyage but was told that I couldn’t achieve that look because I had previously used red box dye on my hair. I settled for a brown and red balyage, but stated I wanted it to be brown, but not too dark, and no black and that I wanted the color to be natural. The stylist was rude and impatient when I was trying to talk her through what I wanted. My hair turned out awful, with harsh red lines and BLACK underneath, there was no blending and it was so dry afterwards. When the stylist began cutting i said I didn’t want to lose too much length and that my layers need to be long and blended. Those requests were also ignored.After leaving and being able to examine my hair more, I saw how bad it truly was and began to panic. I ran my hand underneath my hair and came out with globs of unrinsed dye. When we spoke to the supervisor, she tried to be nice at first and offered to fix it for free. I told her I wouldn’t be going back there and made an appointment with someone else. I was blamed for the outcome come of my hair because of using box dye, and was treated like getting me in and out was more important than making sure I was happy with the outcome. My husband sent a refund request with photos to corporate and asked for a refund only to be told that they’re sorry for my experience and offered 30% off my next coloring with them.I went to another salon in town today and was able to get my desired look while having the previous monstrosity corrected utilizing proper color correction and lightening methods.
