The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable about their business. You can ask them questions and get straight answers. The store is well stocked with hair products. The lighting is bright, and the stations are clean. It is great to have a SmartStyle so close. But you have to call for an appointment in advance. Come and check it out for yourselves.

Normally Donelle cuts my hair and does an excellent job. Unfortunately, she was not there so I had another lady cut it. I asked for a 4inch trim to my very long hair and she happily chopped off a foot. I am very upset as I take great care to grow my hair long and nice. It was a careless thing to do. Never again only Donelle will touch my hair from now on.

It’s kinda hit or miss with employees. Sometimes I get a really good stylist that’s friendly and happy to be there and do my hair and then I get others who act like cutting my hair is such a pain and I’m the worst person for wanting a hair cut. I get this is times of COVID and I understand getting my hair cut during these times is really selfish, but this has happened pre covid as well and I’m just now writing a review about it because Google asked me too. I mean I’ll go back when I trait need a cut and maybe just pay attention to employee names and ask for that person next time I goin to have a good experience.

I don’t usually like to review hair salons because my hair is usually tragically beyond help and I know it’s not the hairdresser’s fault. But in this case, Smart Style deserves all the kudos I can give them. My kids love this place, and if you don’t like something or need an adjustment, they’re always happy to oblige, no feelings hurt. Beth is an absolute DOLL; she’s so helpful and honest and always fun to be around. I honestly think she’s the only human I’ve ever met that never has a bad day. A really great atmosphere, a nice, clean business and the prices are really reasonable. I won’t go anywhere else.
