The second time I came to get my hair done was a disaster. The manager, Kristy I believe was her name completely changed her attitude and was talking about me across the room like I couldnt hear her. Oh because i had to change my appointment a couple times because my work schedule changes and I have a baby. Shes complaining to other people how she hates her job. She rushed to finish my hair because my baby was crying and it did not come out how I wanted and she wont do it again. I spent 140 on my hair which I could of just done it at home for $30. What a waste of time and money. I have no family here to babysit my baby and I really wanted to get my hair done, people working here should respect that and understand. Very frustrating.

Upon talking to my son about the elementary school he goes to, she proceeded to bad mouth the school’s councelor. Whom I might add is absolutely wonderful. Literally the worst salon I’ve ever been to. The manager is incompetent, completely unreasonable, and I had a horrible overall experience. I got a quote to have my hair dyed for $100 ( one color, very simple) and I chose this salon because it was near where I lived.
