Critical: Professionalism, QualityMom and I both made appointments, hers for a cut and color. While the stylist who did my hair was amazing and very sweet, the other two there were extremely unprofessional. They were yelling and fighting with each other across the salon about work and their clients who were right in front of them and moms appointment ended up being rushed so they could style other clients that had walked in, even doing another mans hair while still coloring my moms. She ended up being rushed out without getting her hair cut (yet they still tried to charge her for the cut) and was left with dye still in her hair that she had to wash out at home.
